Analyzesthe store’sretail performance KPIs(traffic, conversion, sales in volume and value, ASP, mix of sales…), identifiesbusiness opportunitiesand establishes360° action plansto tackle them. Staysupdatedon thewatch industryandlocal market competitive environment . … A TEAM LEADER Supports the boutique manager settingindividualandcollective objectives ,followingtheperformance , andrealizing reviewsof the team members. Shadowsandsupportsthe team members on the floor,provides immediate feedback ,develops themin theircurrent roles . Ensures team’smotivationandcohesionwhile promoting apositive, inclusiveandsupportive work environment . Support the process toIdentifiesandhiresnew team members. … A TAG HEUER AMBASSADOR Ensures anoutstanding serviceis offered to all visitors in store. EmbodiestheTag Heuer’s brand valuesandactsas apassionate Brand Ambassadorin and outside the boutique, especially at events. Ensuresthatgrooming ,attitudes , andVisual Merchandisingmeetluxury standardsandinternal guidelines. Proactively networksandconnectswithlocal people of influence. … A CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST Leads the team todevelop long-term relationshipswith clients. Supports the boutique managersettingandfollowing collectiveandindividual clienteling objectives(number of outreaches, appointments, sales from appointments…). Ensuresqualitativeclient data collectionandleveragesthedatato address clients in a personally relevant way, capitalizing on all opportunities to grow the business. Support theplanification of eventsin line with brand strategy and guidelines,coordination of all stakeholdersandassessmentoftheROI . … AN OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE SUPERVISOR Oversees theboutique operational processes , front and back, in line with internal guidelines: inventory, cash, security, store opening and closing, etc. Ensurescompliancewithinternal control policy . Supervises thestore expensesandmaintenance .PROFILE REQUIRED Management experience in a luxury retail environment Creative business driver ,results - oriented Excellentinterpersonal ,communicationandpresentation skills Inspirationalleader , able tocoachanddevelopahigh-performing team Client-centric mindset , focused on recruiting new clients and growing the active client base Agile manager , able tomulti-taskin afast-paced environmentandwork in various rolesdepending on business needsLANGUAGES Native or fluent in Spanish Fluent in English
