The Content Lead provides guidance, operational support, and ensures content quality and consistency.MUSTs Service Requirements• Lead and mentor CMS editors to ensure consistent content quality.• Advise and support business stakeholders and editors on CMS-related queries and best practices.• Collaborate with the PM and technical teams to support the corporate website blueprint rollout.• Act as backup for the PM during PTO or absence, ensuring continuity in planning and execution.• Maintain and update CMS training materials, incorporating platform changes.• Apply UX principles to guide content structure, readability, and user engagement.• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines.• Use Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Drupal CMS.• Strong project management skills, with the ability to step into a PM role when needed.• Proven ability to lead and mentor content editors.• Excellent consulting and communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams.• Solid understanding of UX principles and their application to digital content.• Experience using Jira and Confluence.Experience & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.3–5 years of experience in web content management, preferably using Drupal CMS.Proficiency in Drupal (content types, views, taxonomy, workflows).Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development concepts.Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.Analytical mindset with experience using content performance tools and reports.Experience working in regulated environments and with MLR review processes.Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, global environment.What do We offerPermanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
