As our SEO & GEO specialist you’ll be the architect of how our entire product ecosystem (iubenda, consentmanager, complianz) shows up across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, and emerging discovery platforms. You will ensure we are visible, accurate, and recommended at the moments that matter by blending world‑class SEO execution with pioneering Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).Key ResponsibilitiesTraditional SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that boost rankings and traffic across all European markets.Traditional SEO Strategy & Execution: Conduct in‑depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.Traditional SEO Strategy & Execution: Detect and mitigate cross‑brand keyword cannibalization. Work on a unified keyword governance.Traditional SEO Strategy & Execution: Perform technical SEO audits and lead implementations (architecture, page speed, mobile optimization, structured data).Traditional SEO Strategy & Execution: Build and execute scalable link‑building strategies.Traditional SEO Strategy & Execution: Monitor algorithm changes and proactively adjust strategies to stay ahead of search evolution.Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Lead GEO initiatives to optimize content for AI‑driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Ensure that our content is structured and formatted for AI visibility, citations, and recommendations.Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Monitor how we appear in AI‑generated responses and continuously optimize them.Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Anticipate the future of search by exploring trends in AI, conversational, and voice‑based discovery.Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance across search and AI platforms, identifying actionable insights.Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards in Google Analytics and Search Console to visualize impact.Analytics & Reporting: Report on KPIs like organic traffic growth, rankings, conversions, and pipeline contribution.Analytics & Reporting: Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and user behavior trends.Technical Integration: Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.Technical Integration: Optimize for Core Web Vitals and user experience metrics to ensure fast, inclusive, and high‑performing pages.Your ProfileYou’re an organic growth expert with solid SEO foundations but a strong focus on GEO and AI‑driven discovery. You understand how LLMs retrieve, interpret, and recommend content across platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity, and you know how to shape our presence within them. You think in structured data, citations, and trust signals. You’re analytical, experimental, and comfortable working across multiple brands to ensure our products are consistently visible, accurate, and recommended in both traditional search and AI‑generated results.Experience & Skills3+ years of experience as an SEO specialist, or in a similar role.Strong understanding of GEO and how AI systems (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) source, rank, and cite information.Solid foundations in technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO.Ability to structure content and data for LLM visibility, citations, and trust signals.Experience with SEO/GEO tooling and monitoring across both search and AI platforms.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into clear optimization actions.Experience in international/multi‑domain ecosystems, large‑scale SEO migrations or brand consolidation.Comfortable collaborating with content, product, and engineering to drive technical and discovery improvements.Understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.LocationAt iubenda we believe in full‑remote.
