Main tasks and responsibilities: Prepare a Data Management Plan Improve the current workflows for metabolomics data analysis in R Analyze experimental data using statistics and machine learning models Requirements for candidates: Essential: Degree or Master in data science or related areas. Last year undergrads and master students are encouraged to apply Fundamentals of Machine Learning Programming in R Knowledge of Linux Competencies and skills: Communication, Teamwork and collaboration, Commitment, Proactivity, Integrity, Critical and Analytical thinking. High level of English Advantageous: Previous experience in Health Data. We Offer: Number of available positions: 1 Starting date: 16/02/2025 Part time temporal contract .
