The project is supported by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III.Main tasks and responsibilitiesProject Support to Research to oversee and give support to the research projects and activities within the Platform ISCIII of Biomodels and Biobanks.Liaising between project and funders; coordination between sites within international projects; coordinating and overseeing project reporting; keeping track of project agendas and deadlines.Assistance in identifying new project opportunities for the research lines assigned.Support in the definition of project goals, advising on project partners, preparation of budget, support on proposal writing and submission.Manage the outcome of the research lines within the available budget.Requirements for candidatesEssential: Máster and MSc in Experimental Science or Biology.Demonstrable experience in management of projects: minimum 1 year in the framework of supporting research infrastructures at national and international level.Minimum 1 year of experience in biobank space backgrounds.Full command of English.Competencies: Communication, teamwork, proactivity, customer orientation, planning and organizational skills.We OfferNumber of available positions: 1.Starting date: 1st of January 2025.Working conditions: Full time, 2-year contract; open-ended due to technical and scientific activities linked to the project and budget duration.Measures to reconcile work and family life: maternity and paternity leave, flexible schedule working hours, 23 working days of paid holidays, 9 leave days for personal matters, among others.IBEC’s Commitment to equal opportunityIBEC ensures equality of access to professional development opportunities irrespective of employment status, length at IBEC or other factors.
