Engagée dans une démarche de filière, la Minoterie accompagne les artisans boulangers soucieux de proposer des pains savoureux, sains et responsables. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons :Un Commercial Export – Péninsule Ibérique - H/FDirectement rattaché(e) au Responsable Commercial export, vous développerez notre clientèle sur la zone Péninsule Ibérique.Pour commencer, 5 choses à savoir : Vous développez une clientèle Grands Comptes & Industriels Vous animez et développez le réseau de distribution sur la zone avec le soutien de notre agent en Espagne Vous pilotez en animez le plan marketing en accord et en collaboration avec nos services internes Vous serez référent de la veille concurrentielle Vous pilotez et établissez les dossiers administratifs et reportings lié au posteAlors, si vous avez envie d’en savoir un peu plus, que vous avez une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire. Notre mission est de placer nos clients au centre de nos actions et nous adapter pour répondre au mieux à leurs exigences.Compétences liées au poste: Langues étrangères parlées et écrites : Espagnol et idéalement Anglais Une première expérience réussie de développement commercial en agro-alimentaire et une bonne connaissance de cet univers avec une appétence forte les filières vertueuses et Bio Déplacements fréquents sur zone (50% du temps de travail) + occasionnels sur des salons internationaux. Fréquence régulière de déplacement sur nos sites en France (environ 8 fois / an)Informations complémentaires: CDI à temps complet Statut : Cadre Une rémunération fixe sur 13 mois + variable selon objectifs Outils professionnels (véhicule, téléphone, etc.) Condition de mobilité (aide de 40 à 45%) Localisation idéale : Madrid (ou Barcelone selon profil)
