Tus tareas:

  • Participarás en el desarrollo y la aplicación de nuestra nueva estrategia de servicios al cliente, cuyo objetivo es apoyar a los propietarios de viviendas en su proyecto desde la fase de inspiración hasta la finalización. Queremos ofrecer a nuestros clientes asesoramiento personalizado sobre cómo mejorar su bienestar a través de la luz natural y el aire fresco. Además de te esperarán las siguientes tareas:
  • Escuchar las necesidades de los clientes para recomendar las mejores soluciones VELUX, dar una respuesta a medida y hacer realidad sus proyectos.
  • Informar e inspirar al propietario sobre los beneficios de la luz natural y el aire fresco, enriqueciendo al aumentar el valor de sus proyectos.
  • Involucrar al cliente final para validar el proyecto de implantación a través de un socio instalador.
  • Ofrecer la mejor experiencia al cliente.
  • Asesorar y resolver las dudas de los clientes finales que deseen instalar o reemplazar una ventana a través de varios canales, como teléfono, correo electrónico y chat en línea.
  • Interactuar con otros departamentos de soporte en colaboración para el proyecto.

Tu perfil:

  • Tu curiosidad, tu capacidad de escucha y tu apertura de espíritu forman parte de tus cualidades personales y profesionales. Además de tener:
  • Un título superior.
  • Experiencia previa de mínimo dos años en atención al cliente orientado a la consultoría del cliente final o experiencia en arquitectura/diseño de interiores.
  • Disposición para la venta y generar fiabilidad.
  • Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Conocimientos de las herramientas informáticas: MS Office 365, CRM y aplicaciones omnichannel del mercado (C4C, Genesys o sus equivalentes). Se valorará experiencia o conocimiento de herramientas de creación gráfica.
  • Dominio intermedio del idioma inglés.
