From the forefront of the sustainable indoor living industry, we enable those who live, work and play under the roof transform their spaces and live a healthier everyday life with more daylight and fresh air.The VELUX Group is an international, family-owned business with strong financial roots and each year we are able to create real impact by reinvesting in society, our employees and planet through our foundations.¿Te entusiasman las reformas del hogar? ¿Y por qué no una buena experiencia relacionada con la arquitectura o el diseño de interiores? ¿Te gusta acompañar al cliente en la realización de sus proyectos? ¿Te gustaría participar en el desarrollo de una importante iniciativa estratégica dentro de un Grupo que tiene el potencial de transformar espacios con luz natural y aire fresco?Nuestro objetivo: ofrecer un enfoque innovador y diferenciador basado en servicios de consultoría/diseño y convertir el proyecto VELUX en el proyecto preferido y prioritario del cliente. ¿Te interesa?Tus tareas:Escuchar las necesidades de los clientes para recomendar las mejores soluciones VELUX, dar una respuesta a medida y hacer realidad sus proyectosInformar e inspirar al propietario sobre los beneficios de la luz natural y el aire fresco, enriqueciendo al aumentar el valor de sus proyectosInvolucrar al cliente final para validar el proyecto de implantación a través de un socio instaladorOfrecer la mejor experiencia al clienteAsesorar y resolver las dudas de los clientes finales que deseen instalar o reemplazar una ventana a través de varios canales, como teléfono, correo electrónico y chat en línea.Interactuar con otros departamentos de soporte en colaboración para el proyectoTu perfil:Un título superiorExperiencia previa de mínimo dos años en atención al cliente orientado a la consultoría del cliente final o experiencia en arquitectura/diseño de interiores.Disposición para la venta y generar fiabilidadHabilidades de comunicación oral y escritaConocimientos de las herramientas informáticas: MS Office 365, CRM y aplicaciones omnichannel del mercado (C4C, Genesys o sus equivalentes).
