QA Automation/SDET + Java Technical Leader - Remote Work:

QA Automation/SDET + Java Technical Leader at BairesDev

We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to take on a 100% functional role. You will work closely with the Product Owner, leading the global vision of use cases, apps integration, acceptance criteria, and definition of ready and done. In this key position, you'll determine which business cases are most critical for test automation and define semi-code on Jenkins for automated test execution.

What You Will Do:
  1. Lead the global vision of quality assurance and test automation strategies.
  2. Work closely with Product Owners to define acceptance criteria and quality standards.
  3. Identify and prioritize critical business cases for test automation.
  4. Design and implement automated test frameworks using Java.
  5. Configure and maintain Jenkins pipelines for automated test execution.
  6. Technically own different testing modules, including design, development, and integration.
  7. Provide technical leadership to the QA automation team.
  8. Perform research and development to evaluate new testing technologies and communicate their value for the company.
What We Are Looking For:
  1. 5+ years of experience in QA Automation with Java.
  2. Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
  3. Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
  4. Expertise in Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines for test automation.
  5. Proven track record in developing and integrating automated testing solutions.
  6. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
  7. Skilled in conducting code reviews for test automation frameworks.
  8. Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
  9. Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
  10. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
  11. Native Spanish level.
  12. Advanced level of English.
