🚀 Digital Growth & Performance Lead (B2B)📍 Indistinto / Híbrido🏢 LeetersBuscamos incorporar un/a perfil senior de Digital Growth & Performance que lidere la estrategia de captación, optimización y escalado del negocio digital, combinando visión estratégica, ejecución y análisis de datos.🎯 Tu misiónSerás responsable de impulsar el crecimiento digital de Leeters, diseñando y ejecutando estrategias de adquisición, conversión y optimización, con impacto directo en negocio.🧩 Qué harás en el día a díaDefinir y ejecutar la estrategia de growth y performance digital.Gestionar y optimizar campañas de Paid Media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, META…).Diseñar y mejorar funnels de captación y conversión (lead gen, nurturing, activación).Trabajar con CRM y marketing automation (segmentación, scoring, workflows).Analizar métricas clave: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversión, cohorts, funnels.Optimizar la experiencia digital y la conversión (CRO) en web y activos digitales.Colaborar estrechamente con negocio, producto y ventas.Probar, medir, iterar: mentalidad experimental y data-driven.Explorar el uso de IA aplicada a marketing y growth (automatización, eficiencia, insights).🔍 Qué buscamosA partir de 5 años de experiencia en marketing digital, growth o performance.Conocimiento real en entornos digitales exigentes (SaaS, plataformas, e-commerce, negocios digitales).Experiencia en B2B, SaaS o plataformas digitales. 🌟Dominio de Paid media, analítica y optimización de funnels.Perfil muy orientado a resultados, con pensamiento estratégico pero capaz de ejecutar.Alta capacidad analítica y toma de decisiones basada en datos.Comodidad trabajando en entornos cambiantes y en crecimiento.Mentalidad proactiva, curiosa y con criterio propio.🌟 Valorable (no excluyente)Haber liderado proyectos de growth o escalado.Conocimiento avanzado de marketing automation y CRM.Experiencia aplicando IA al marketing o growth.Haber trabajado como advisor, mentor o en proyectos digitales diversos.🤝 Qué ofrecemosProyecto con impacto real en negocio.Autonomía y capacidad de decisión.Entorno dinámico, digital y con ambición de crecimiento.Equipo cercano, profesional y sin burocracia innecesaria.Modalidad híbrida y condiciones competitivas acorde al perfil.
