Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un perfil de Field Services Engineer, donde su misión será brindar soporte técnico, mantenimiento y seguimiento continuo a los clientes que utilizan los dispositivos de electromedicina. Este rol incluye la resolución de problemas técnicos, la realización de servicios de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, la instalación y puesta en marcha, y la garantía de la satisfacción del cliente a través de un soporte excepcional y personalizado.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Proveer soporte técnico a clientes.
  2. Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas técnicos relacionados con los equipos.
  3. Reparar, instalar y explicar los equipos del porfolio.
  4. Realizar seguimientos post-servicio para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y el funcionamiento óptimo de los equipos.
  5. Mantener registros detallados de las visitas de servicio, reparaciones y mantenimientos realizados.
  6. Colaborar con el equipo de ventas y otros departamentos para proporcionar una atención integral al cliente.
  7. Estar al día con las actualizaciones y novedades técnicas de los equipos y herramientas ópticas.
  8. Co-responsable de que se alcancen los objetivos del SAT junto con el objetivo del número de contratos de mantenimiento preventivos.

Habilidades y Conocimientos:

  1. Experiencia en gestión técnica de equipos e instalaciones (Sector electromedicina).
  2. Ingeniería o CFGS en Electrónica, Informática o similar.
  3. Dominio de herramientas informáticas.
  4. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.
  5. Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
  6. Alta disponibilidad para viajar (Catalunya y Baleares) y realizar visitas a clientes.
  7. Habilidades de diagnóstico y solución de problemas técnicos.
  8. Inglés B2.
