We are currently looking for anInternational Beauty Trainerto join our team, based at ourBarcelonaoffice.The International Beauty Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical and commercial training programs for our international distributors, ensuring consistent brand messaging, product knowledge and professional application standards across all markets.Design and deliver technical and commercial training sessions for international distributors, local trainers and sales teams. Adapt training content to different markets, cultures and levels of expertise. Ensure correct implementation of brand standards, methodology and values worldwide. Create, update and maintain training materials (presentations, manuals, technical guides and digital content). Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, proposing continuous improvement actions. Identify training needs in different markets and provide feedback to support business growth.Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer in professional cosmetics. Strong technical and product knowledge within the professional beauty sector. Fluent English is required; Work with prestigious professional cosmetic brands. Ongoing professional development.
