We’re now looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern to work directly with our CEO on strategic growth, fundraising, and scalability initiatives. This is not a regular internship — it’s an opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and venture building in one of Europe’s most promising proptech startups.
What you’ll do
Support the CEO on fundraising activities: investor materials, financial tracking, and due diligence.
Contribute to market expansion projects and new business model design.
Analyze metrics and help improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and Excel modelling to track and project company KPIs and cash flow.
Participate in key meetings and help translate high-level ideas into execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, tech, community) to implement strategic priorities.
What we’re looking for
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar.
Strong analytical and communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
Strong financial acumen and Excel skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset: Curious, driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Interest in startups, real estate, or venture building.
