You will manage multiple projects, partners, and stakeholders to deliverseamless, bold, and inspiring customer journeysthat elevate our global presence.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in afast-paced, high-energy environment, has acan-do mindset, and is passionate aboutmission-driven delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute congress experiences across assigned brands and medical initiatives, ensuring alignment withcustomer experience, creative, and design strategies.Translate strategy into execution by managingtimelines, budgets, and workflowsto ensure high-quality and timely delivery.Collaborate cross-functionally withScientific Communications, IMA, Omnichannel, and other stakeholdersfor flawless coordination.Championdesign quality, upholding creative standards and benchmarks.Overseecontent approvals and compliance processes, ensuring all materials meet internal and external guidelines.Driveinnovationby staying current on experiential, digital, and sustainability trends in healthcare.Benchmark against competitors and internal best practices to continuously elevate the congress experience.Foster strong collaboration and a“One Team” mindset, breaking silos across internal and external partners.About You5–8 years of experiencein agency, experiential, or exhibition project management (healthcare and omnichannel experience is a plus).Proven track record deliveringcomplex, multi-stakeholder projectsfrom concept to execution.Strong understanding ofcreative workflows, event production, and experiential design.Excellentstakeholder and vendor managementskills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate aboutcreative excellence and customer experience.Knowledge ofpharma compliance or regulated industriesis an advantage. xcskxlj Curious, collaborative, and motivated by transforming howscience is experienced.
