Against the backdrop our Pozuelo & Boadilla office 5 year anniversary celebration, we are expanding our team and looking for a Sales & Listings agent with at least 3 to 5 year experience in selling luxury real estate and a proven track record of selling prime properties in preferably the following locations: Pozuelo, Aravaca, Valdemarin, La Florida, Majadahonda and Boadilla. Joining one of the most successful affiliates offices within Lucas Fox / Dils. Our office has sold more than 300 million euro of prime real estate since inception in 2020. We have set price records in most urbanisations including 7 mm+ transaction in Valdemarin, 17 mm transaction in La Finca and we have a very high market share of all transactions over 4 mm euro across Pozuelo & Aravaca. Building your own portfolio of prime properties within our platform. Our agents have large assigned areas to build their own business. We are looking for self starters with experience, agents who understand the importance of doing the basics to get the job done. The reality of selling luxury estate is 10% "glamour" and 90% doing very unglamorous things consistently well. Do not apply if you think selling real estate in posting a video on Instagram.
