You will provide structure, transparency, and momentum across multiple workstreams, helping the organisation improve delivery discipline as it scales.Your responsibilities will include:Leading Scrum ceremonies and ensuring agile principles are embedded across teamsDriving timely and efficient delivery of technology projectsMaintaining clear delivery roadmaps, sprint plans, and progress reportingSupporting cross-functional coordination across development, QA, infrastructure, and business teamsIdentifying risks, dependencies, and blockers—and managing these proactivelyActing as a trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned and communication is clearExperience RequiredWe are looking for a Delivery Manager / Scrum Master who has previously worked within the trading space, ideally in fast-paced environments where technology underpins commercial decision-making.You should bring:Proven experience delivering projects within trading organisationsStrong exposure to trading technology applications, such as: ETRM/CTRM systems, Web-based applications, bespoke or internally built trading toolsA solid background working in Agile environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to bring structure and clarity to complex delivery programmesExperience coordinating cross-functional technology teamsPrevious experience working with commodities, energy, or financial trading environments will be highly advantageous.This is an onsite position in Gibraltar with a salary around £80k but flexible for the right candidate.
