As a Solutions Sales Director, you’ll win new business, own senior client relationships, and shape market strategy in a cloud and Salesforce-focused environment.The Role:Not a traditional sales position; a technical, consultative seller who bridges architecture and commercial valueOwn deals end to end, from first contact to closeKey Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and close new Spanish logosBuild trusted relationships with Salesforce AEs and ecosystem partnersLead discovery sessions and early solution designInfluence Spain go-to-market strategyEnsure smooth handover to delivery teamsMust Have:Background in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, or Technical ConsultingStrong Salesforce ecosystem experience8+ years in quota-carrying sales rolesProven success in complex, consultative deals in Spain
