In this mid-level role, you will manage and expand relationships with publisher partners, ensuring they maximize the value of EXTE’s AdTech solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor, supporting partners in improving monetization, analyzing performance, and identifying long-term growth opportunities. This position requires strong communication, analytical capabilities, and a proactive mindset focused on partnership success.What You Will DoOwn and manage relationships with key publisher partners and ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.Lead onboarding and integration processes to ensure partners fully understand and implement EXTE’s tools and technologies.Analyze publisher and monetization performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Provide strategic and technical support to partners, resolving questions and issues efficiently.Identify risks, performance changes, and opportunities for expansion.Escalate complex issues to internal technical or product teams and maintain clear communication with partners.Monitor KPIs and campaign metrics, using data to guide business decisions.Collaborate with product, technical, and commercial teams to enhance tools, workflows, and partner experience.Support new product rollouts and drive partner adoption.Communicate partner feedback internally to inform product improvements and roadmap decisions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.Two to four years of experience in Partner Success, Account Management, Client Services, Ad Operations, or Publisher Relations.Experience within the AdTech, programmatic, or digital media ecosystem.Strong understanding of SSPs, ad servers, monetization models, and digital advertising metrics.Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to guide recommendations.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership.Fluency in English and Spanish.Valuable ExperienceExperience with SSPs, Prebid, ad servers, or publisher monetization tools.Knowledge of revenue optimization, yield management, or programmatic monetization strategies.Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Data Studio, or Tableau.Why Join EXTEHybrid work model and summer working hours.22 vacation days plus your birthday off.Opportunities for professional development and long-term growth.Collaboration with commercial, technical, and product teams.A culture based on innovation, excellence, and authenticity where you can contribute, grow, and thrive.REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS #J-18808-Ljbffr
