At ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, we are looking for a Accounts Payable Lead for a multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector located in the area of Vallés. ¿Tiene las habilidades necesarias para este puesto? Main responsabilities Manage and oversee the full accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations. Lead, coach, and develop the accounts payable team, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner. Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Monitor AP aging, cash flow impact, and payment schedules. Implement and improve processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations. Support audits by providing documentation and explanations as required. Required skills Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar. More than 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory rol. Experience in multinational environments. Fluency in English. Highly valuable experience in SAP VIM. What we offer Opportunity to work in an international company. xcskxlj Hybrid model.
