Ensuring compliance on operational accounting policies and procedures
- Good understanding of accounting processes
- Reviewing and monitoring the reconciliation of the accounts payable subledger and GRIR balance
- Being in charge of providing support in accounting closings
- Supervising the support to internal and external audits
- Being the first point of escalation for resolving incidents with suppliers or local market
- Coordinating the day to day activities of the team within the assigned scope and addressing the priorities
- Works towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) objectives
- Actively supporting the sharing of new ideas and best practice across all areas
- Conducting regular trainings for the team members to close knowledge gaps and ensure continuous improvement.
- Resolving and following up on issues detected or raised by the team
Accounts Payable Junior Team Lead|International SSC in Barcelona
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and PTP principals
- Experience leading small teams. At least 2 people.
- Good communication skills
- Proactive, open minded and solution-oriented person.
- Ability to work in multiple projects and handle different priorities.
- Native speaker level of one of follow languages is a plus**: Polish or French**:
- Experience with SAP and/or VIM is a plus
