Responsable de lograr las ventas de productos a cuentas nuevas y establecidas para cumplir con los objetivos de ventas y lograr una mayor penetración en el mercado. Este puesto es elegible para incentivos/comisiones por ventas. Funciones y Responsabilidades: Apoya en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas establecidos, incluyendo metas de participación de mercado. Brinda soporte a enfermeros/as y cirujanos/as en el quirófano, proporcionando retroalimentación válida sobre el uso de los dispositivos. Colabora en la implementación de actividades de desarrollo de mercado y marketing en campo. Gestiona el territorio asignado operando dentro de un presupuesto establecido. Verifica con logística la disponibilidad de productos y la facturación. Realiza seguimiento con los clientes para resolver cualquier inconveniente y asegurar su satisfacción. Contribuye en la elaboración de previsiones de ventas para la planificación empresarial por cuenta y las presenta a la dirección. Requisitos: Preferentemente título de enfermería o licenciatura en ciencias. Se valorará experiencia comercial en el entorno de dispositivos médicos. Se valorará experiencia brindando soporte a enfermeros/as y cirujanos/as en quirófano de traumatología (mínimo 6 meses). Se requiere excelente comunicación oral (incluidas presentaciones grupales) y escrita, así como sólidas habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo. El/la candidato/a ideal tendrá destacadas habilidades interpersonales y de construcción de relaciones con clientes, y disfrutará trabajar en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico.
