This is a unique opportunity to join early and shape the company from day 1. We sell to CMOs and CSOs at large B2 C service companies. Our buyers care about speed to lead, conversion rates and CAC. If you understand customer acquisition funnels, you'll speak their language. We target mid-market and enterprise clients, with high ACV and low churn. Your mission Uptail is shaping the agentic economy, defining how customers and companies interact. We imagine a world where every B2 C customer gets red carpet treatment with personalized, instant service. We're in market grab mode, looking for early adopters eager to implement AI agents right now. That's where you come in. Your mission is to own the entire sales funnel, building a steady pipeline of qualified leads and closing deals with early adopters across Spain and Europe (languages are a plus). You'll work closely with the CEO and play a key role in building a fast-growing sales team from scratch.
