Business Information:

Our Planning and Fulfillment HUB in Europe is looking for a: Demand HUB Planner. Currently, the P&F HUB provides services to Power Transformers, Insulation and Components, and Distribution Transformers.

Mission Statement:

To work closely with the designated factories (6 at the same time), reinforcing maturity in processes for Planning and Fulfillment. The business is pushing to increase the maturity level in the Sales and Operations Planning process. On-site support would be needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Consistent support and review of unconstrained demand plan and finished goods rationalization in close coordination with relevant functions. Measure, report, and drive improvement of demand planning accuracy and coherence in the graph Load vs. Capacity.
  • Facilitate the demand review meetings with the local team, ensuring coherence with the guideline process of S&OP.
  • Review and validate the operations and management meetings that are part of the S&OP cycle process and work with the internal team of the factories to improve them.
  • Engage closely with the P&F structures in the assigned locations to clarify roles and responsibilities and empower communication synergies among the value chain.
  • Support, reinforce, and mature the full processing of all received orders, monitor their level of progress, and perform final price calculations and invoicing to ensure that P&F delivers the proper revenue forecast.
  • Ensure that the assigned factories have a process and control about upcoming expeditions and submit the necessary documents to customs control.
  • Detect and train the P&F local team in management information and proactive communication to respond diplomatically to customer requests concerning current orders.
  • Walk with the P&F team among their processes to ensure that the factories are moving from firefighting to preventive measures.
  • Act as a control agent during crisis situations, implementing countermeasures and guiding solutions through proper root cause analysis to avoid recurring issues.
  • Support and promote the forecast material process.
  • Work internally with the assigned factories to advance towards digitalization solutions.
  • Willingness to travel.

Your Background:

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Organizational Systems, Strategic Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Planning and Fulfillment Manager background required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is required.
  • Good time management and task prioritization skills.
  • A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of related disciplines in the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, applying established standards.
  • Dynamic and proactive, willing to grow within the organization.
  • Team player, ready to play the role across different countries.
  • High level of accountability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
