Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH), Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple instances, with emphasis on core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management) and enterprise-wide integrations. Develop and optimise custom applications, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and GlideAjax, ensuring alignment with ITIL v3/v4 best practices. Configure and enhance the ServiceNow Service Portal and customer-facing interfaces, utilising JavaScript and AngularJS to deliver intuitive user experiences. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP web services, MID Server, and Integration Hub, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange in compliance with audit and segregation-of-duties requirements.#Minimumof 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNowdevelopment experience, with proven involvement in full lifecycle implementations. Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or System Administrator Understanding ofITIL v3/v4 frameworksand their practical application within ServiceNow.
