We are looking for a motivated, intelligent, creative, and hardworking individual to be part of our growing team.Role OverviewThe Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is a pure hunter responsible for driving net–new business within the most strategic tier–one global and national accounts. This role focuses on multi–year platform adoption, competitive takeouts, and influencing C–level technology roadmaps in AI, cloud, application delivery, and security. While primarily a hunter role, the SAE may also manage a select group of install base accounts depending on territory structure.Key ResponsibilitiesHunting Excellence: Identify, target, and close net–new strategic accounts in assigned regionC–Level Engagement: Lead executive level conversations influencing long–term technology roadmapsStrategic Deal Leadership: Own complex, multi–threaded deals, articulating a strong value proposition and competitive differentiationEnterprise Transformation Selling: Position A10 as the AI–era platform for security, ADC, and traffic managementPipeline Generation: Build and maintain a strong pipeline through targeted prospecting, events, account based marketing (ABM), and channel co–sellingTerritory Flexibility: May manage select install base accounts to capture expansion when aligned with strategic goalsCandidate Qualifications10+ years of experience in enterprise strategic huntingProven track record of seven–figure deals and platform displacement winsDeep knowledge of ADC, security, cloud networking, and AI infrastructureExceptional executive presence with strong C–level communication skillsExperience leveraging two–tier distribution and channel partnershipsEducational and Professional Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentation capabilitiesSelf-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work effectively under pressureStrong strategic planning skills to build stable business streamsA10 Networks is an equal opportunity employer.
