We're looking for a driven sales professional with a true hunter mentality - someone who gets energized by uncovering new opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting them into long-term, high-value customers. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of assigned or newly acquired accounts, take full ownership of your pipeline, and play a key role in accelerating revenue growth in your territory. What You'll Do:Identify, engage, and acquire new clients within your assigned territorySell moderately complex solutions, products, and services to a set of accounts based on defined strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closeCreate account plans for medium to high complexity accountsGenerate, qualify, and evaluate new leads to build a targeted and healthy sales pipelineCollaborate with field sales, channel partners, and specialists to ensure seamless deal executionUnderstand customer requirements and position company solutions competitively to drive retention and growthForecast accurately and drive data-based sales activitiesMeet and exceed ambitious revenue targets - and celebrate every winIf you are:A natural networker with strong communication and interpersonal skillsCompetitive, curious, and resilient - you thrive on challenge and pressureMotivated by success, growth, and continuous learningAble to collaborate within a team and occasionally lead a sub-teamSkilled at balancing both hunter-style acquisition and relationship-based selling approachesEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in IT, Business, or Sales)1-3 years of relevant B2B sales experience (tech industry background is a strong plus)Excellent written and verbal English and SwedishKnowledge & Skills:Proficient account management, acquisition, retention, and development skillsSolid understanding of IT solutions, industry offerings, and company portfoliosStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilitiesExperience using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) to manage customer relationships and pipelinesStrong ability to assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutionsComfortable working within defined processes while adapting to unique customer circumstancesWhy Join HPE?
