Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Data Architect specializing in Azure data services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing strategic solutions for our clients using Azure data services like Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Define and document standards for Data Architecture, Data Model, Data Products, Data Catalogs
  • Define data governance processes to ensure that data is reliable, accurate and well-managed; Create data security and privacy policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain data architecture models and documents for Azure data services
  • Design, configure, and implement Azure Data Lake to store, process, and analyze large-scale data sets
  • Develop and implement ETL processes using Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration between systems
  • Design and implement CI / CD processes for Azure data services using Azure DevOps and related tools
  • Provide technical guidance and training to other team members on Azure data services
  • Collaborate with Azure Solution Architects, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts to design, develop, and deploy data solutions that meet business needs
  • Ensure that Azure data services adhere to established security and compliance standards
  • Continuously assess and evaluate new technologies and techniques to improve Azure data services and architecture

Required Experience and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experience in data architecture or related fieldDeep knowledge of Azure data services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and related CI / CD toolsProficiency in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data analyticsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to lead and mentor other team members

Good to Have :

Microsoft CertificationExperience with big data platforms and technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databasesKnowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies and applicationsSAP functional and BW / HANA technical architecture knowledge
