As Site & Operations Manager, your mission will be to lead all operational aspects of the facility. You will be responsible for health & safety compliance, personnel and contractor management, production efficiency, quality assurance, site maintenance, and regulatory adherence. You will also play a key role in supporting the scaling of the operation, introducing new processes, and ensuring alignment with the company's commercial and environmental objectives. Specific responsibilities will include:Manage day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Lead and supervise on-site teams, including technicians, and contractors. Monitor and improve operational performance metrics. Oversee maintenance programs to ensure equipment uptime and reliability. Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety, and local regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Science, and Management. Implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across operations. Prepare and manage operational budgets and forecasts. Serve as a key point of contact for inspections, audits, and stakeholder visits. Support future site expansion, scale-up of processes, and capital projects. Record waste, manage, report, everything on the siteWe're looking for someone who:5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or site management. Proven leadership experience in managing operational teams. Strong understanding of H& S standards and regulatory frameworks. Experience with lean manufacturing, process optimization, or continuous improvement.
