DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage partners proactively, providing a timely response and resolution to incoming queries via telephoneDrive sales opportunities to meet sales quota and targetsReviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues whennecessaryMaintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track their progressProvide an accurate forecast to management on a regular basisPrepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposalsare technically and commercially soundLiaise with commercial teams to optimize promotions and feedback customer needs.
