If so, this opportunity could be the perfect match for your skills — and a chance for you to contribute to what our client is looking for.We are seeking a Payroll Management Professional for a temporary contract (3–4 months).Key Responsibilities:HR / Payroll data entryNew hire data administrationLeaver administrationSubmit payroll data entry requests into the payroll provider portal, via local form or mass upload formMonthly Payroll process: Review / correct / approve payroll results provided by the payroll vendorPrepare employment contracts, addendum letters, employment verification letters, termination letters based on pre-defined templates, gather approvals and signaturesResolve employee queries related to HR Ops & Payroll processesPrepare HR Ops, Payroll & Finance reporting as per local requirementsSkills and Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience performing the above tasks.Strong command of Spanish; intermediate English is a plus.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Effective communication with employees and external providers.Strong problem-solving skills in HR and payroll processes.Contract & Benefits:Temporary contract: 3–4 months (Immediate hire)Salary: €35,000 gross per yearWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00Possibility of remote work after the first few weeks, based on demonstrated performanceWhy Join Our Client?If you are passionate about payroll and want to work in a global, collaborative environment, this role offers the perfect combination of challenge and growth.Join an international team that values innovation, precision, and teamwork — and make a tangible impact on global initiatives.
