What do you have to offer?

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of Finnish payroll processes.
  • You're proficient with payroll systems and have excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus.
  • Nice to have Finnish labour law knowledge (collective agreements).
  • You possess strong customer service skills across various communication channels.
  • You're fluent in Finnish and English.
  • You're curious, service-minded, and always eager to learn.
  • You're a solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • You contribute to team spirit with a healthy dose of humour and resilience.
