HR Transformation & Technology KPMG Spain is part of a global practice with more than 1,500 professionals specialized in the transformation of organizations from a people's perspective. We have a Global Center of Excellence that develops cutting-edge methodologies and approaches that we make available to our clients. In this ever-changing market environment, our professionals must be adaptable and thrive in a collaborative, team-driven culture. We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated individuals with experience in delivering people programs, including client engagements to support large-scale global transformational programs, in areas such as:

  • People Analytics Strategy: develop the people analytics vision and strategy, enabling solutions that cut across the entire employee lifecycle, define people analytics, and deploy data analyses, visualizations, and predictive analytics.
  • IA for HR: identify and conceptualize use cases to boost workforce and HR efficiency.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Lead and work with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, project, and financial management, and coaching/mentoring junior team members.
  • Manage and guide a project team ensuring quality of deliverables and client relationship management.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides.
  • Develop client network, proactively reaching out to clients and prospects to discuss issues and needs and forming productive relationships.
  • Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.

The successful candidate should bring the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; an HR advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-8 years' consulting experience in HR Transformation or Human Capital.
  • Experience in HR data strategy, people analytics models, and technologies (IA Gen, Copilot, etc.).
  • English Proficiency.
