Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for a Senior App Compliance Manager.

Your main tasks will be:

  1. Manage business correspondence to ensure timely communication with stakeholders;
  2. Maintain regular communication with app stores;
  3. Handle access provision for new and existing users;
  4. Process and track developer fee payments in a timely manner;
  5. Oversee verification procedures;
  6. Manage payments and resolve any payment-related issues efficiently;
  7. Administer store accounts, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
  8. Execute pricing updates and ensure accuracy across platforms;
  9. Coordinate and manage app transfers for each individual application;
  10. Prepare documentation required for onboarding new stores or partners;
  11. Update commission structures in the ERP system and ensure system-wide consistency;
  12. Own end-to-end app store account management, ensuring that all accounts are up-to-date and compliant;
  13. Verify product updates to match developer guidelines.

We expect from you:

  1. English proficiency B2+, Russian proficiency C1+;
  2. Proficiency in Freshdesk or similar ticketing/customer support platforms for handling business correspondence and support;
  3. Experience in managing accounts, updating app details, and handling developer fee payments in both the App Store and Google Play Console;
  4. Knowledge of access management and role-based permissions for app stores and various role-dependent systems;
  5. Familiarity with payment systems and processing developer fees, as well as managing store-related financial transactions;
  6. Experience with verification and compliance procedures, ensuring adherence to App Store and Google Play policies;
  7. Proficiency in updating and managing commission structures and payment-related data within ERP systems;
  8. Strong understanding of execution pricing updates across platforms (App Store Connect, Google Play Console);
  9. Experience coordinating app transfers between developers or managing organizations for both iOS and Android platforms;
  10. Skills in preparing and organizing documentation for onboarding new stores or partners, ensuring they meet platform requirements;
  11. Ability to handle account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting issues in App Store Connect and Google Play Console;
  12. Experience with managing and maintaining accurate, up-to-date information.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $1,000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
