We are looking for a motivated Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Swedish market. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, offering a blend of remote and on-site work.

- Develop, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns.
- Meet and exceed performance targets in productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
- Effectively pitch to clients over the phone and compose compelling proposals.
- Manage time and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and goals.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer actionable insights.
- Collaborate with team members and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience :
- BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
- Native or C2 level in Swedish with B2 level English proficiency.
- Strong communication skills for effective pitching and writing.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset and client-focused, with a passion for meeting business goals.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, constantly evolving work environment.
