David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award-winning liquidity and technology solutions company who is seeking to onboard a Russian-speaking Product Manager to join their team.

Position: Product Manager

Location: Remote/ GMT +4 (+-1 HR)

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the broker and financial services sector.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps to enhance offerings and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize features and product improvements based on business impact and client feedback.
  • Work closely with clients, sales teams, and customer support to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Translate customer needs into clear, actionable product specifications that align with business goals.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and product enhancements.
  • Monitor the development process, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with product specifications.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously analyze product data and user feedback to drive data-informed decisions for improvements.
  • Create comprehensive training materials and product documentation to support clients.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions for both clients and internal teams when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/Fluency in English, both written and oral. B2 Level of Russian.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a successful track record of delivering and scaling financial software solutions.
  • Solid understanding of the brokerage and financial services industry.
  • Experience in managing referral programs in CFD trading.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies is an advantage.
  • Experience in gathering and translating customer requirements into actionable product features.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, orchestration, and message streaming technologies.
  • Familiarity with load testing tools.
