The University of Potsdam is seeking to fillthe following 2 permanent positions in Department 5, Building andFacility Management, as soon as possible:
Electronics technician for building and infrastructure systems(formerly measurement, control and regulationtechnician for building automation)
(f/m/d) Identification no. 38/2024
Theworking time comprises 40 hours per week (100%) The classificationis according to pay group 7 of the TV-Länder pay scale.
Your area of responsibility includes:- Maintenance, inspection and minor repair workon I&C systems for technical building equipment, laboratory andgreenhouse technology
- Carrying outconversion and extension work in the various buildings andfacilities according to user requirements
- Operating and running the automation technology and controltechnology software
- Eliminating faults inthe entire I&C infrastructure and building automationtechnology
- Maintenance of technicalequipment
- Operation of the management level
- Participation in the on-call service
- a professional qualificationin the field of measurement and control technology
- extensive specialist knowledge of DDC, BACnet, OPC,M-Bus and management software is expected
- initial professional experience in the field of building automationis advantageous
- Knowledge of working withI&C circuit diagrams
- Confident handlingof programming software for the individual DDC systems
- Willingness for personal further training
- Class B driving license
- A high degree of independent,careful and self-reliant work
- Service-oriented communication with all parties involved
- The ability to work in a team is a basicrequirement
