Como Director/a de F&B, serás responsable de dirigir y desarrollar el Departamento de Alimentos y Bebidas, formando un equipo de alto rendimiento que mantenga los estándares más exigentes de calidad y servicio. Tu liderazgo será clave para asegurar el éxito de esta extraordinaria propiedad.
Reportando al General Manager y siendo miembro del comité ejecutivo, contribuirás con tu experiencia y visión estratégica, colaborando estrechamente con la Dirección y todos los departamentos operativos para alcanzar los objetivos del hotel y fortalecer la identidad de la marca en cada detalle.
Tus responsabilidades:
- Dirigir, orientar y capacitar al equipo de Operaciones de Alimentos y Bebidas, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y responsable.
- Asegurar que se mantengan los estándares de la marca en todas las operaciones de alimentos y bebidas.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para nuevos productos y ofertas de servicios, enfocándose en la creatividad y calidad.
- Crear y gestionar experiencias inolvidables para los huéspedes, adaptando los servicios a sus necesidades cambiantes.
- Supervisar y optimizar el funcionamiento general de los restaurantes, Room Service y el bar, maximizando la rentabilidad y satisfacción del cliente.
- Aplicar tácticas de marketing efectivas en el área de F&B para mejorar la rentabilidad y visibilidad de los servicios.
- Fomentar el crecimiento continuo del departamento de Alimentos y Bebidas, garantizando un alto nivel de servicio y creatividad.
- Establecer y gestionar presupuestos y previsiones que alineen las operaciones del departamento con la estrategia del hotel.
- Evaluar y mejorar el rendimiento del personal mediante un sistema de revisión de desempeño, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad.
- Facilitar una comunicación abierta y efectiva con otros departamentos para asegurar un servicio cohesivo y de calidad.
- Implementar programas de formación continua para el personal, garantizando que se cumplan los procedimientos y estándares establecidos.
- Promover un enfoque proactivo en la atención al cliente, asegurando interacciones positivas y productivas en todas las áreas.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en hoteles de 5 estrellas, se valorará en marcas internacionales.
- Formación: Título en Administración Hotelera, Administración de Empresas o equivalente.
- Dominio en la gestión operativa y financiera de Alimentos y Bebidas, incluyendo elaboración de presupuestos, control de costes y análisis de rentabilidad.
- Idiomas: Español e inglés avanzado; valorados otros idiomas, especialmente francés.
- Conocimiento avanzado en estándares de servicio de lujo y técnicas de hospitalidad para crear experiencias memorables.
- Habilidades demostradas en liderazgo, con capacidad para inspirar, motivar y formar un equipo de alto rendimiento.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales para resolver problemas y comunicarse eficazmente.
- Experiencia en el mercado de Barcelona es un plus.
