For the procurement organization we are currently looking for a:

Manager Procurement (m/f/d) IT and Professional Services

In this position, you will not only play a crucial role in our indirect strategic procurement team but you will drive our transformation process actively to a center-led procurement organization. 

Possible locations are

• Breda, Netherlands
• Murcia, Spain

This is what you can expect

• Define and implement category management at group level for Indirect IT & Professional Services
• Lead the transition from local to a center-led procurement category management approach
• Manage demand and spend for your category, ensuring clear governance and driving best-in-class change management
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
• Develop in-depth market knowledge and a roadmap for your category
• Manage supplier relationships to optimize performance
• Ensure a lean and robust IT landscape by reducing complexity

This is what you need to be successful in this role

• Degree in MBA/Business Administration
• Proven experience in Procurement, specifically in IT & Professional Services
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven record of productivity delivery
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders, prioritize and delegate effectively
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and contract management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, fast learner with the passion to drive excellence
