Empresa constructora/promotora de alto standing que realiza proyectos singulares en materia de edificación residencial con amplio impacto en cuanto diseño e innovación. Con ello, cuenta con una amplia trayectoria en la zona de Levante y presencia a nivel nacional.
Se trata de una compañía donde el compromiso, la innovación y el diseño son ejes verticales de todo lo que hacen.
Misión del puesto:
Como Project Manager tendrás la función de controlar y gestionar proyectos residenciales únicos de +3 millones de euros con un contacto directo con el cliente.
Las funciones que realizarás como Project Manager serán:
- Análisis del proyecto y de su viabilidad antes y durante la ejecución.
- Coordinador entre la empresa y el cliente:
- Explicar calidades a clientes y cierre de presupuesto.
- Coordinación con el Jefe/a de obra y los diferentes departamentos.
- Control de Movimientos económicos de proyecto:
- Generar certificación y planificación de pagos.
- Revisión del coste total de la obra y estado de la contratación.
- Control de la calidad, los costes y las entregas de los proyectos.
- Comprobación de mediciones. Certificaciones.
- Resolver los posibles imprevistos durante la ejecución de obra.
- Control de plazos de construcción y sus certificaciones.
- Seguimiento de las visitas de obra con la dirección facultativa o el promotor. Redacción de las actas.
- Contrato indefinido.
- Capacidad de crecimiento interno.
- Formación por parte de la empresa.
- Potentes herramientas de trabajo.
- Lugar de trabajo: Mallorca.
