Description:

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of a wide scope of projects within our organization, specifically focusing on Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure and Services initiatives. Working closely with customers, sales, and the technical team to implement project scope of work, you will coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget. Ensuring full scope delivery for customer satisfaction.

Your role will also involve maintaining effective communication across various departments, keeping all stakeholders informed about any changes to project plans. Additionally, you will organize reporting, plan meetings, and maintain project documentation and tools up to date.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
  2. Review and implement project scopes and acceptance criteria together with the technical team, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  4. Manage project budget and assigned project resources.
  5. Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
  6. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and Project Management tools with up-to-date information.
  7. Present reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
  8. Consult and escalate to PM or Senior PM changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  9. Maintain effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members.
  10. Lead project execution to successful conclusions and lessons learned.
  11. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  12. Ensure project deliverables meet our quality standards and exceed client expectations.
  13. Track own time and resources in the projects.
Requirements:
  1. Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering.
  2. Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.
  3. Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  4. Problem-solving and decision-making techniques with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
  5. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, customers, and company employees.
  6. Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills in English.
  7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
  1. Reasonable understanding of network and security principles.
