Job Summary

5 years of experience in the role of Product Owner / Business Analyst in digital projects.

• Technical background with experience in the development world ideally knowledge of APIs (being able to read and understand logs and review code).

  • Language: English and Spanish
• Knowledge of one or more banking products / processes (accounts, payments, cards, accounting, loans, deposits, contact center, wealth onboarding...).

• Use of Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Functional definition of initiatives, epics, and user stories and manage their development and deliveries supporting the development team and working hand in hand with the team's Software Manager.
  • Ensure that the team's planning is aligned with the priorities set in the project.
• Taking requirements:
  • Requirements planning
  • Equipment sizing
  • Monitoring of team developments
  • Preparation, monitoring and validation of testing
  • Package requirements for uploads to Pre/Pro environments
  • Incident management
  • Internal reporting and KPI monitoring
