SAP Project Manager - Region Southern Europe

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of IT solutions to drive innovation and efficiency across the Region of Southern Europe. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Information Technology (IT) projects, particularly in the SAP area, focusing on the SD, MM, and FI modules.

The candidate must be adaptable to multicultural environments and work both autonomously and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills, demonstrating reliability and transparency, are essential. An advanced command of English, both oral and written, is required.

This is how you WOW:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects for the implementation of solutions on SAP sales, logistics, and finance modules.
  • Collaborate in identifying improvement areas, evaluate change requests, and develop and implement the necessary IT solutions in the region.
  • Supervise and validate the functional and technical analysis, design, system parametrization, development, and testing of projects and services provided by suppliers.
  • Create specific documentation for users regarding new processes, including communications aimed at change management.
  • Provide support in the post-implementation period.
  • Coordinate SAP roll-out projects in new countries joining the region.
  • Lead the migration to the new platform SAP S/4 HANA, following Group guidelines.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in IT project management, focusing on SAP projects, with participation in at least 4 full life cycle SAP projects.
  • SAP experience in both R/3 and S/4 HANA platforms.
  • Certifications: SAP and/or project management certifications are valued.
  • Solid understanding of sales, logistics, and after-sales processes, with detailed knowledge of supply chain and cross-module process expertise.
  • Intercultural skills: Ability to work effectively and flexibly in multicultural environments.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to different hierarchical levels and roles.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating reliability and transparency.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Turkish, Italian, or Greek will be valuable.
  • Availability to travel occasionally.
