Desde Sener Energía queremos reforzar el equipo de Madrid (Tres Cantos) con una persona con experiencia y conocimiento técnico del área de Ingeniería de Procesos. Su cometido será liderar equipos de ingenieros de procesos en el desarrollo de ingenierías de detalle, aportando experiencia contrastada en empresas del sector de ingeniería Oil & Gas, descarbonización, transición energética.
¿Qué necesitas para un buen desempeño en el puesto?- Titulación de Ingeniería Química.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés (mínimo B2).
- Experiencia en torno a 4 años como Ingeniero/a de Procesos en proyectos del sector, siendo interesante aportar experiencia en compañías de referencia de ingeniería en proyectos internacionales.
- Buena capacidad de organización personal del trabajo y de la gestión de sus tareas.
- Mentalidad creativa para buscar solucionar alternativas y eficientes a las necesidades del trabajo diario.
- Compromiso con la Organización y el negocio, dispuesto/a crecer con la empresa.
- Participación en el diseño de procesos en ingeniería de detalle de proyectos.
- Revisión y aprobación de Documentos Entregables, asegurando su calidad y ejecución dentro de los plazos requeridos por la planificación del Proyecto.
- Asistencia a reuniones técnicas y de gestión de proyecto con clientes, vendedores, Licenciantes, Socio y resto de disciplinas técnicas (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA, Design Review, 3D Model Review, PEER Review, etc.).
- Elaboración y Revisión de Diseño de equipos, sistemas, layouts, especificación de instrumentos.
- Supervisión de actividades de Ingenieros de procesos. Estimación Horas-Hombre.
- Seguimiento y control de cambios del diseño. Activación Interdisciplinar de liberación de Pendientes del Diseño.
- Elaboración/Revisión de Balances de Materia y Energía, cálculos de dimensionamiento de equipos y tuberías, simulaciones de Proceso, diseño térmico de intercambiadores de calor, hojas de datos de equipos e instrumentos, listas de Líneas e Instrumentos, diagramas de flujo (PFD), diagramas P&ID, filosofías y descripciones de Proceso, Manuales de Operación, Procedimientos de Pruebas.
