¿Dónde vas a trabajar?
Multinational leader in the luxury cosmetics sector is looking for a PMO role with experience in finance processes. Reporting into the Head of Delivery Excellence, the mission of the area is to continuously improve the operational performance and processes, serving as the transformation force for the Group and a catalyst for process modernization and project orchestration, overseeing the project life cycle from project planning to realization.
As a Project & Performance Success Leader within the organization, you will play a critical role as Transformation driver, by managing the transformation agenda of the company (SSC) , and Value guardian, by stirring operational performance and tracking value realization.

Reporting into the Head of Delivery Excellence, the mission of the area is to continuously improve the operational performance and processes, serving as the transformation force for the Group and a catalyst for process modernization and project orchestration, overseeing the project life cycle from project planning to realization.

As Value guardian:DRIVE and ORCHESTRATE the performance review across the SSC :DRIVE and ORCHESTRATE the performance review across the SSC :YTD vs targetsBusiness outcomes, process effectiveness, stakeholders experienceINVESTIGATE over / under performance, focusing on root causes, support operational teams in defining and following up action plan.ALIGN with stakeholders and operational team on new business outcomes and valuable deliverables.ENABLE operational team on business case and value tracking approaches.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Bachelor's degree in a related field; preferably accounting and business administration backgrounds.Understanding of the basics of Finance & Accounting processes is required.A Project Management certification is highly valuable.Proven experience leading and managing projects (at least 4-5 years experience in project management roles).Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent Stakeholder Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.Address and resolve concerns raised by stakeholders in a timely manner.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in project management software and tools.Experience in shared services environment is highly valuable.Tech enthusiast, willing to implement & innovate using digital tools.
