DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a HEAD CHEF at FIVE SENSES COLLECTION.

The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing two kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing a large kitchen staff.

They will ensure that the highest standards of food quality and presentation are met, while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

The Head Chef will also be involved in sourcing quality ingredients, creating new dishes, and managing food costs.
QualificationsExperience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
Ability to create and execute menus.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high food quality standards.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and ability to develop new dishes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant culinary certifications or degree. Experience in a high-end or fine dining restaurant is a plusAPPLY
