Formarás parte del equipo de asistencia en destino 24H de nuestra agencia de viajes corporate.

La función fundamental es la atención a nuestros clientes, fuera del horario habitual del servicio, haciéndonos cargo de sus demandas y asistencia de imprevistos durante el viaje.

  • Flexibilidad para realizar principalmente teletrabajo, compatibilizando con presencial.
2. Jornada Completa.

3. Contratación indefinida.

Funciones:

  • Gestión de reservas.
2. Gestión de incidencias en destino de nuestros clientes en viaje.

3. Tareas administrativas propias de las reservas.

4. Trato excelente con el cliente.

Requisitos:

_Nos encantarás si tienes..._

  • Experiencia como agente de viajes corporate.
2. Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de atención (Especialmente:

tardes, noches, fines de semana festivos) y guardias.

3. Alto nivel de independencia, proactividad, y autogestión.

4. Inglés nivel medio/alto.

5. Amplios conocimientos de Amadeus:

  • Amadeus nueva plataforma Selling Connect.
  • Reservas aéreas (Tarificación, emisión, reemisiones).
  • ATC/ATCR.
  • Reservas de hoteles y coches GDS.
  • Perfiles de Empresa y Viajeros.
