Job Description

Desarrollo y gestión de relaciones con clientes en el territorio nacional.Convertir nuevos sitios como parte de la implementación de nuevos acuerdos globales/regionales/locales.Implementar planes de crecimiento del mercado de posventa para generar crecimiento año tras año.Apoyo en la negociación y conversión de pequeños clientes/prospectos y/o sitios para contribuir a la agenda de crecimiento local.Construir relaciones muy sólidas con el cliente en el campo para conservar la cuenta existente y recopilar datos del mercado.Colaborar con el equipo ampliado para hacer crecer el negocio local y la participación de mercado por sector: gerente de cuentas/gerente de cuentas clave/marketing/técnico/gerente comercialDemostrar un enfoque centrado en el cliente y Enterprise 1st.Coordinación con otros departamentos para maximizar las oportunidades de ventas.Mantenimiento de un alto nivel de conocimiento del producto y la industria.Resolución de problemas y consultas de los clientes de manera eficiente.Evaluación de las necesidades del cliente y recomendación de soluciones adecuadas.Cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas establecidos por la empresa.

El/la Candidato/a Seleccionado Deberá Cumplir Los Siguientes Requisitos

Titulación universitaria o equivalente.Conocimientos en lubricantes y/o técnicos automotrices.Habilidades de comunicación y negociación.Disponibilidad para viajar de al menos un 80% del tiempo.Conocimientos sólidos de técnicas de ventas y gestión de cuentas.Habilidades de resolución de problemas, capacidad de trabajar de manera autónoma, analítica y estructurada.Nivel de inglés
