El Área de Estrategia y Arquitectura tiene un papel muy importante dentro del modelo funcional de IT&D. Para ser capaces de alcanzar los retos y las metas que tenemos por delante, necesitamos incorporar talento al área de Estrategia y Arquitectura dentro del equipo de Arquitectura de Negocio.

Sabemos que no es sencillo encontrar una persona que tenga "amplia experiencia en arquitectura de negocio", pero no importa, la buena noticia es que en Repsol existen personas como tú, con el potencial, las capacidades, los comportamientos necesarios y las ganas de aprender para llegar a ser grandes arquitectas o arquitectos funcionales.

Estamos buscando incorporar una persona con potencial y talento, que cuente con experiencia en el área de TI, con ganas de aprender continuamente y de cambio, capaz de gestionar la incertidumbre en la que nos movemos por el rápido cambio tecnológico en el que estamos sumidos, para desarrollarse profesionalmente en el área de Arquitectura de Negocio.

Principales tareas:

Entender las necesidades de negocio y las tecnologías dentro de tu ámbito de responsabilidad para convertirte en la referencia dentro de arquitectura para uno o varios dominios funcionales y tecnológicos.

Apoyar como arquitecta o arquitecto funcional el trabajo de los ITDBP

Definir los marcos de referencia de arquitectura de las tecnologías de tu ámbito de responsabilidad. Identificar las deudas tecnológicas y realizar su seguimiento y resolución.

Definir la mejor solución de arquitectura para proyectos y casos digitales colaborando con el resto del equipo de Estrategia y Arquitectura, resto de la función IT&D, Programa HANA, Ciberseguridad etc.

Liderar proyectos de evolución y definición de arquitectura. Liderar búsquedas y evaluación de nuevas tecnologías. Liderar pruebas de concepto.

Relacionarte con proveedores y grupos de interés para mantenerse siempre al día del estado del arte de la tecnología y de los dominios funcionales de tu área de responsabilidad.

Acompañar a los proyectos más relevantes para asegurar el despliegue y la viabilidad de las nuevas arquitecturas que se despliegan en Repsol.

Gestionar el trabajo del equipo externo que da soporte a este ámbito de conocimiento dentro del área de arquitectura
