La persona seleccionada será responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas que generen leads cualificados, tanto clientes finales como potenciales colaboradores, en Sabseg Group

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Definición Estratégica de Campañas:

Colaborar estrechamente con los/as responsables de negocio para establecer objetivos de generación de leads alineados con la estrategia general de Sabseg Group.Identificar y definir el público objetivo de cada campaña, asegurando una segmentación precisa y relevante. Planificación y Ejecución de Campañas:Diseñar estrategias de campaña integrales, incluyendo la selección de medios (digitales, telemarketing, etc.) más efectivos para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.Coordinar la ejecución de las campañas, asegurando una implementación eficiente y coherente con los objetivos, los plazos y presupuestos asignados. Supervisión del Equipo de SDR:Dirigir y supervisar al equipo de SDR (Sales Development Representatives) y al SDR Manager, proporcionando orientación y apoyo para maximizar la efectividad de las actividades de prospección y generación de leads.Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de alto rendimiento, impulsando la motivación y el desarrollo profesional del equipo. Evaluación y Análisis de Resultados:Realizar un seguimiento exhaustivo de KPIs de cada campaña, analizando los resultados obtenidos y extrayendo insights para redirigir las campañas para futuras estrategias.Presentar informes periódicos al CGO y dirección, destacando los resultados, el impacto y el retorno de inversión (ROI) de las iniciativas implementadas. Realizar un plan de campañas a corto y medio plazo:Colaborar en la definición de un plan trimestral de acciones y objetivos.Contribuir con ideas innovadoras y propuestas para optimizar el rendimiento y la eficacia de las campañas. Acciones dirigidas a la captación y soporte para la captación de colaboradores externos:Junto con los responsables de comerciales y de negocio del Grupo Diseñar y ejecutar campañas específicas orientadas a reclutar colaboradores externos para formar parte de la red de ventas de Sabseg. ¿A quién estamos buscando? Buscamos una persona orientada a resultados con capacidad analítica y grandes habilidades de liderazgo, planificación, comunicación y trabajo en equipo.Nuestro futuro/a compañero/a contará con formación superior en marketing.Es imprescindible que la persona seleccionada tenga como mínimo 3 años de experiencia en una posición similar en el sector asegurador.La persona tendrá conocimientos marketing digital, análisis de datos y gestión de campañas.Conocimientos en CRM y en plataformas de telemarketing será un plus.Además, valoraremos muy positivamente que cuente con un nivel de inglés alto. ¿Qué ofrecemos?

Jornada continuada del 1 de julio al 31 de agosto.
