At our innovative studio in Barcelona, we are passionate about crafting captivating puzzle game experiences for players around the world. Our team of 9 dedicated professionals has already developed exciting prototypes and is poised for further growth. As we delve into extensive research and testing, we are on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to define our user acquisition strategy and propel our games to new heights.
Your Role
As the inaugural marketing powerhouse of our studio, you will be instrumental in forging our marketing strategies and carving out our niche in the competitive mobile gaming landscape. Your mission will be to spearhead marketing initiatives, devise user acquisition campaigns, and harness market insights to bolster player growth and engagement.
Your Responsibilities
Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, with a focus on testing methodologies and creative development to maximize user acquisition.Launch and manage user acquisition campaigns, utilizing various channels to enhance game visibility and drive player base growth.Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, assess the competitive landscape, and uncover creative opportunities for market penetration.Innovate and iterate on marketing approaches to resonate with our target audience and bolster game marketability.Collaborate closely with studio team members to ensure marketing efforts are synergistic with product development.Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to continually refine and optimize marketing strategies.Oversee and judiciously manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.Provide comprehensive reports on marketing performance, delivering insights and progress updates in relation to studio objectives.

A proven track record in marketing with a specialization in mobile games.Deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry and the latest marketing dynamics.Expertise in user acquisition strategies, particularly for casual and puzzle games.An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative team player with excellent independent problem-solving skills.A creative mindset paired with a rigorous, data-driven approach to marketing challenges.A genuine passion for gaming and a keen insight into gamer communities.
